In all aspects of life, you are either getting better or you are getting worse. People never stay in the same for long. It is your conscious choice to evaluate where you are and decide what steps you want to take to improve your situation. Look honestly at where you are physically, spiritually and mentally and determine what steps you can take to become better. To improve is very important not only for you but for those around you. When you improve yourself you will improve the world as well. It may be in a very small way, but change the world you will. Opportunities for improvement in intellect, action or spirituality are things that exist for us each and every day. I am grateful today that I am able to seek and find improvement in some aspect of my experience of life. And it goes without saying but YOU can too! We just have to be conscious about the things we want to change and then make choices that allow us to move in the right direction.

“We are either getting better or we are getting worse, nobody stays the same”. This is true in all aspects of our lives. In all that you do, either you are becoming more effective or you are becoming less vital. What you pursue counts and it is a simple matter of personal choice how self-improvement enters your life. My three main areas of focus are on the physical, mental and spiritual sides of myself. My goal each day is to become at least 0.001% better than I was yesterday. If I can keep growing and becoming a better person than my contribution to the world will grow and my experience will be that much more significant. Read more...
